Talk to Dermatologist on How To Remove Scars From Arm

I've blade cuts on my arm from my teenage years and are 7 to 8 years old. I'm extremely regretful and depressed whenever I see them. How can I remove them permanently without surgery ? Any luck without surgery ? As I can't let anybody know that I'd a surgery and then they will ask that what happened. I'm really worried, please help. I'm attaching a photo as well.
