Talk to Dermatologist on Hairloss And Thinning

my hair has been falling out since two years now but it's been severe from almost past 4-5 months. Baldness runs in my maternal side of family so it might be male pattern baldness but im having an itchy and flaky head and my hairfalls whenever I run my fingers through my scalp or shampoo my head. Mainly from vertex and mid-scalp, my hairline has receded aswell. I have used Biotin supplements in past. Attaching google drive link of my head pics as im not able to attach pics here
