Minoxidil takes 3 to 6 months to give its full effects hair fall still continue during initial wks but patients usually relate it with drug resulting in withdrawal of medicine. Second mistake is most of the patients become depressed and never follow up. In ur case it seems the hair problem is in active form. So need more aggressive management plan. U need to consult regularly at every follow up.

Sometimes hair fall can be due to seasonal effects..
But its better you should try using coconut oil in winters and start taking healthy diet.. With good source of proteins in it.
Use vitamin E capsules too.. Mix this in coconut oil and apply with soft hands
