Hello, I’m looking for consultation for my hair loss problem it started 3 to 4 years ago when i was 20. Hair loss has many underlying causes and many treatments now. Depends from patient n his history. U shld visit a dermatologist in person. I'm sure they will be able to guide u.

Dear pt, For males its very simple and basic cause usually, for females its tricky but for males its straight fwd. important is to have REALISTIC expectations! the sooner you start treatment the better the out come, once you loose its tricky to grow them back... any one claiming huge success ask him/ her to write it down in black and white:) Hope it helps, Regards
What you have is Male Pattern Baldness. The sooner you start the Treatment, the better it works be. Done your baldness is starting from your forehead side, regrowing hair is very tricky.

Since I haven't seen your full scalp so I cannot comment on that. But if you have just frontal baldness which is not much, you can delay transplant. In any case transplant in the frontal scalp shows and it doesn't look nice. It's nicer to have baldness then scars showing up.
