Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Fall And No Regrowth

Dear Sir/Mam Salam I've hair loss issues since long time So doctor has suggested me minoxidil 5 % (Hair Spray), Zinc BIORGA (food supplement) and Anti hair loss shampoo (HELENVITA)

Please advise if these medicines are effective for hair loss and hair regrowth will be possible after using these medication??
