in field of derma without examination nothing is confirmed but there is chance that most likely it's fungal infection which can be recurrent ,first of all don't touch effected area direct because it can spread
and apply travogen cream for two weeks ,two times daily after washing and dry effected area
and everything of your use should be separate as towel,soap etc
