I am getting there weird folliculitis in legs which are very painful and keep on growing. They have some white sticky substance inside which is very painful once i release it i get relieve for a while but after some time it gets filled with same liquid. Also i notice some fungal type situation down there

It is difficult to assess without visual examination. please visit a dermatologist near you. keep the area clean with pyodine or dettol. keep it dry.
