hello dr iam 25 years of age .. for the last 6 years i am facing flakimg dandruff on my scalp .. last time when i had visited dr was in the year 2018 .. he prescribed me conax shampoo and clobederm lotion to be mixed in oil .. it curea the problem but whenever i leave the treatmrnt it comes again after 20 days ...
now my question is this conaz shampoo suits me alot and i petsonally know its a good shampoo .. suggest me a lotion between clobederm or betaderm to be mixed in oil ... because i know once i will add these lotions in oil my problem will get solved ..

Asalamwalikum,i want to clear that we cannot completely eradicate dandruff but we can suppress it,when you suddenly stop medicated shampoo dandruff can worsen ,so don't stop medication suddenly but lessen its use
Aslamoalikum, please see a clinician dermatologist physically and analyse on psoriasis lines.
Also please stop all treatment and wash hair with shower gel only ,for example imperial... Or olavera shower gel for a while, and observe yourself time to time...and let's see... thanks

no .. this health forum is for those who cant afford their fees .. and yes if one can afford he would not be willimg to pay the fees just to get an opinion about the use of a particular lotion .. so if u are not intetested in replying those who cant afford appointment fees then please apni dukan idr mat chamkayan karein ... ap har kisi ki post pr apna binawajh card share krty hooo

I cannot say with certainty because I haven’t examined your scalp and hair, but in my opinion you have fungal infection. Please visit my clinic son so that medications can be started after a diagnosis is made.
