Should b use bactigras on burn wound or leave it open and apply dermazin only
It depends upon the condition of the wound
Clean the wound with normal saline water twice and apply dermazine cream with gloves twice.after 2 hours apply fresh honey on wound and wrap it with gauze.use honey dressing frequently and u will see how quickly wound will be cure inshallah.
Both can be used
On superficial partial thickness wounds, bactigrass and on deep wounds dermazine with bactigrass and close it. After wound healing, care to avoid scars is important.
