You have not mentioned full details of the rash. What was there in the beginning. Was he scratching it ?

Looks like an Insect bite reaction. Apply Fucidin-H cream twice a day. Syp T-Day 1 spoon twice a day. Should be fine within 3-5 days. Otherwise book for an online consultation.
