Assalamu alaykum. My daughter age 10 had ear piercing one week ago. Today there was some blood spots near ear piercing hole. when we tried to apply betnovate N cream and rotate the tops blood came out. And tops seemed to go in deeper in ears. Please advise if it is normal and do we need to continue apply cream betnovate n and wash with alcohol swabs... And for how many days more do we need to keep rotating tops to keep piercing hole open and wide...
Your daughter is allergic to the material these tops are made of most probably have nickel in it and they are getting infected . Best is to remove them or replace them with pure gold ones . Keep applying topical antibiotics.
it's imp to examine, need to be careful abt secondary bacterial infection and keloid accurance. Regards
Plz dont apply betnovate at all. It will only worsen the pb. Better to visit a dermatologist. Otherwise use Polyfax skin Ointment morning evening for her ear.

asalamwalaikum. kindly don't use betnovate as there is no role of it.kindly apply fusac cream to prevent bacterial infections and remove tops it can be aggravating factor for infection and wash with pyodine solution thanks
