Asking for Other, Female, 50 years old, Karachi
My aunt has been noticing these bumps on her skin erupting since june. Each stays for 1 week then subsides, with intense burning and pain. The areas she has mentioned are extensor areas, and covered areas (abdomen, chest, calf). She has checked for all sorts of insects in the house but was unable to find anything. Now recently her daughter in law has also noticed such a bump. Please shed some light on what could it be and what would be the next step?
allergy probably.please ask her if she has changed her washing powder or soap.try tab. zyrtec once at night for allergy. please get checked if problem persists.

They don't look like papular Urticaria. In my opinion you should make an appointment to show me her rash at my clinic. Only then I will be able to diagnose after examining her.
