Talk to Dermatologist on Darkness On Feet

Assalamualaikm I have a question my cousin age 24 have this kind of black hard skin on her foot finger since a long time. She has used scrubs and vaseline but not of use. Plus she also have ingrowns hairs on toe she extracted them end up having black marks. Because of which she feels bad about her feets and always wear pumps and she hates her feet. I just wanna help her
