Assalm o Alaikum Respected Doctors and Marham team. I have dark brown /black till all over my face specially on cheeks. I am unmaried and it is very stressful For me as time by time I see a new small mole on my face.. I have no any health issue or medical history and I am worried why these are on my face. So plz guide me what should I do and how it can be cure?. It can be treated by any ointment or not ?.. I also avoid sun exposure and most of the time i remain at my home . .. I am attaching picture of my cheek..

Only quacks can diagnose what you have without examining you. Not online, instead physically at clinic.
Kindly post some more clear pic,if they r palpable they can be fulgerated

Respected doctor . I have tiny moles all over my cheeks . And these are visible . As u can see in picture these are like black dot dot all over face.

Dear patient you need to make appointment. It is good you avoiding sun exposure.
