I am suffering from Tinea infection , I visited a doctor who prescribed me ITRACONAZOLE 100 mg one capsule for 20 days, I searched about it on Google which shows that this particular drug may cause severe liver damage ,should I use it or consult another doctor?

it does cause liver damage only if patient has compromised liver before plus taken in a large amount of dose

ASALAMWALAIKUM. I want to clear that before starting itraconazole if you are sure that there is no underlying liver disease then you can take it ,if doubt then get checked your liver function test and if no liver issue then it doesn't cause any harm either for 20 days or 30.for further doubt kindly book your online video consultation thanks
