please apply calamine lotion on body. It is not advisable to take strong medicines in first trimester. wear loose cotton clothing.
dear it's not easy but you have to look for cause of it . is it a good like egg. or any cosmetic but daily taking rigix is not good during first trimester. Tab proton can be taken at night. but still it's better for you to meet a dermatologist for better management. use calamine lotion on areas of itching .
Asalamwalikum,there are different types of allergies it can be urticaria ,allergic contact dermatitis ,atopic eczema etc and in case of pregnancy some allergies aggravate ,you need proper checkup and examination because without watching rash and detailed history nothing is confirmed and dont use any medicine as your first trimester and you can apply sudocrem for itching and rash its effective tthanks

rigix and loratidine both are antiallergic which are considered safe in pregnancy but don't take on daily basis when there is severity in allergic reaction not bearable then take one tablet
