Dear you are at early stages of puberty where these kind of skin issues do happen .
for better results you must visit an good skin specialist for better treatment.
sidewise wash your face with cold water several times a day and keep your hair dandruff free and oil as it also cause acne some times . plus drink lots of fluids and water .
if constipation .remove this cause as well
dont touch your face with hands .it sometimes cause acne too.
