Extraction k bad apne kuch din tk soft diet use krne h, app chawal b le skty ho roti b but usme doodh dal kr naram krke, iske elawa khichri custard yakhni sab use kr sakty ho app. anything jo app easily chew kr saku. But most important is follow the instructions given by your dentist.
take soft diet u can add chicken pieces in it
milk is allowed. just dont eat from surgical side ...small bites ligiye and after 24 hours. garglr krskti haib

filhal salt water se rinse kren for one week usk baad mouthwash lelen .enziclor is gud

Avoid taking any medicated mouthwash as apko srf hygiene maintain krne he, you can take COLGATE PLAx mouthwash. Lekin apne spit pressure k sath nae krna bus aram s moun s paani nikal dena he , pressure k sath kren g to zakhm dry ho jae gah.
