Dear pt. Wisdom molars usually take quite a few years to erupt. When our teeth are erupting our gums remain unsettled. Gums/masoore me swelling bhi hojaati Hai aur ager brushing/cleaning sahi se naa ki jaae to takleef me izaafa hojaata Hai. For the time being aap kelie medicines/mouthwash prescribe kardete Hai but u need to see a dentist for a complete dental checkup and get an xray done aswell.
For now please use
Mouthwash enziclore twice daily after breakfast and before going to sleep. Enziclore mouthwash quarter of a cap half cup tap water me mix kijie aur gargles kijie for a minute.
Gel revomet plus thrice daily for 7 days to be applied on the affected area for 30 minutes. Please do not swallow the gel. Keep spitting and rinse after 30 minutes.
Tab synalgo 100 mg twice daily for pain if needed.

ap daant nikalwa lain yehi solution hai q k 3 months sy daant bahir nae a ra iska yehi matlab hai k apkay mu mai itni jga nae hai k akal daar a sakay. ap 5 days medicne ka course kro uskay bad isko remove krwa lo.
neem garam pani mai namak daal k us sy kulee b krain jab swelling ho.
