A.O.A i am from Quetta i saw alot of people having yellowish teeth not that type of yellowish but is deep within that can't be remove from brushing and i had a tooth that i loose from 7 to 8 years ago and there is still no new tooth kindly help

If the stains are external they can can be removed by bleaching.. If internal then there are other options veneers etc.. And for missing tooth there are multiple options. Implant or bridge etc but its necessary taht we clinically examine your teeth. Visit a nearby dentist.

Waalaikum Salam yellowish teeth need Polishing whitning or veneers and tooth need to replace with new one
usually staining from within the teeth is due to teeth structure defect , you should get the consultation from an Orthodontist for teeth defect and confirmation of any tooth that's inside the jaw ( eruption failure)
yellowish plaque can only be removed by scaling.consult your dentist and get dcaling done
