Asking For Someone else, Daughter, Female, 4 Years old, karachi
My daughter got hit on her upperlip by the sidetable which led to her two front teeth to loosen a bit. Showed to a dentist and he said it’ll settle in 8-10 days. It’s been two weeks but the teeth are still loose and one is greying a bit..need advice please
it will not settle as it is necrosed the front teeth fall in 6 to 7 yr so if no pain let it be but in case of pain you can get pulpectomy or extraction done .
Greying of teeth means that the root canal of that tooth has been affected
due to trauma. In this case we should leave the tooth as it is and extract
it when the new permanent successor is ready to replace it. If it pains in
the time being, It will need a root canal treatment.

it will not settle. it need removal
get complete pulpotomy done. or get it extracted.
when the teeth becomes mobile, because of trauma, it need to be splinted to adjacent teeth for few weeks. they should have been splinted.
