Hi i got Braces about 2 years before. In Corona days my braces removed and i got retainers. Now I'm seeing a little gap in my teeths again. Kindly recommend me some govt place from where i can get braces again. Anyone who can help for getting me braces from govt hospital do reply me. I can't afford much expensive braces again. Thanks

Hi. If its removable ortho retainer then u must use it atleast 8 hours per day to avoid any recurrence. It takes 4 months.some recurrence is common especially if there is any diastema or gap in ur upper front 2 teeth. I would not recommend u to go for orthobraces again as ur teeth will be weak.if u can send me ur pics i can give u better suggestion
If these are small spaces which opened up due to not wearing the retainers properly then you can get removable appliance made which can be used to close the spaces. I will never recommend going to government hospitals, i see how every day they mess up cases since no one is taking responsibility of the patients there. If you feel like it you can visit me, hopefully i will charge you the same as government hospital. The solution to your problem is more important than my fee. Regards

Dear patient I want to ask that for how long your braces have been removed and how long you have worn up retainers.plz inform me the time per day you have worn the retainer,moreover if you are not currently wearing your retainers wear it up again 18 hours a day for 1 year if it gets fit in your upper and lower jaws arch.Moreover you have to concern some clinic ,private or govt dental hospital if you can't afford it's cost
