It maybe peri apical infection.. for canfirm diagnosis and treatment you have to visit at your dentist for clinical examination and consultation, he/she will advise you xray as well.

If your 3rd molar is undr erupt then it is the reason of your pain, but i am again telling you that you have to visit your near by dentist for proper oral examination..

There might be an infection of the tooth with require proper examination and x-ray to conclude either u need a root canal or extraction

you should get it Examined .
Visit dental doctor for proper treatment ! Medicine is of no use
you need to see your dentist asap, so if it's curable by filling he/she will do it. leaving it like this might progress it to a severe case scenario and you might later need Root Canal Treatment.

half head pain is due to 3rd molar,,,any how in mi opinion ,yr gums are swollen,final diagnosis off course xray opg

According to condition of involved tooth
its a sign of root canal exposure. u have to visit ur dentist for ext/RCT. He prescribes medication accordingly. please also try Toothbrushing twice daily and warm saline Gargles 3-4 times daily. OPG xrays will also help in diagnosis

Most tooth aches and tooth infections requires intervention by a qualified dentist or dental specialist . Antibiotics and painkillers will only temporarily resolve the symptoms.

Pain to hot and cold and going to ear and half head basically is the sign that you tooth is damaged to such an extent that it has involved nerves.generally the treatment plan is given after examination and x ray.however it mostly results in attempting root canal treatment(cleaning of roots then filling them and also filling of tooth)
Dear patient, this is the sign of tooth exposure resulting in pulpitis( nerve involvement) . Kindly visit a dentist for treatment.
