Hello want to discuss about my mother having pain in left side full arm and shoulder heart beat problem as well she is diabetic since 5 to 8 years today got ECG attached any solution ?? Note BP is Normal sugar in control

thank you.. any good consultant in karachi before pandemic went a consultant in NMC here in karachi but performed ECO test as well which was normal so what to do any medicne ?

Hello Ecg shows no any specific findings. history suggestive non cardiac pain. But patient is 68 yr with diabetes and hypertension better to assess patient. On this age symptoms not taken lightly.

As she is diabetic and her age is 68 her pain looks of cardiac origin Needs detail evaluation by cardiologist
dear ecg is ok but you should get your mother personally checked or online consult for detail history of symptoms she is having
