Aoa respected dr! Plz suggest me complete test for heart diseases including blood tests , I am suffering from some heart problems, palpitation trumbling , sometimes low and sudden high heart beating with extreme fatigue and weakness even I can’t sleep proper because of this issue also feel sharp pain near heart , I can’t walking , runing , and do any excercises because of this issue my heart beat go out of control with heachache and nausea thank you

ya it can cause anxiety gastrointestinal symptoms may mimic heart problems too

do exclude them also as you are quite young to have these problems ECHO is very easy and quite reliable test to exclude heart problems

Dr the have severe gas and chronic gerd issue , When my heart symptoms appear taken omeprazole but it’s not much effective which gerd , gas medicine good for treating heart related symptoms??

Sir echo is any heart X-ray or ultrasound? How do it perform ? Any excercise needed during this test?

Need online consultation.
Get FT3, FT4, TSH (from aga khan lab)
Get 24 Hour Holter monitoring done.
Get your BP checked once a day as follows
Day 1 on waking up
Day 2 afternoon (zuhr time)
Day 3 evening (asr time)
Day 4 night (after maghrib/sunset)
Then see a medical specialist or cardiologist

Dr thyroid normal , from where holter test done ? From any lab aur dr do that? , second if I use electric home bp machine it will show right result?

digital BP machines are acceptable, provided the cuff goes on upper arm (not wrist) and if battery cells are used, they should be high quality and new.
Holter monitoring machine will be applied in hospital and patient is then sent home with machine attached. all normal activities can be done.
