Talk to Cardiologist on Arrhythmia Chest Pain Plzz Tag Cardiologist

Aoa I am having chest pain about 3 months ago with heart palpitations I consult to a cardiologist my ecg and echocardiography was normal thyrid ultrasound shows small nodules my thyroid profile it was also normal Doctor said there is no heart problem u should relax after 2 3 days my chest pain and palaptions went out on its own now form Month I am feeling the vague chest pain It become severe for 10-15 Seconds about 10 times a day and some times pressure on chest which radiates to neck like some one suffocated me this become worse with hard physical work or when I walk for long time with state of unconsciousness in addition I started feeling pain around my jaw probably or some time feeling heaviness on my left arm Then I went for holter moinitor (shows sinus arrhythmia) and ett(stopped due to high bp 160mmhg and heart rate to 176) I am using Amiodarone from last week palpations are almost gone but pain and breath shortness didn’t my left nostril blocks when I am feeling bre
