i m a patient of thyroid and high cholesterol i live in japan i try many diet plans from youtube i contact with a japanese nutritionist but they can’t understand me because i want a diet plan in pakistani traditional food because i can’t skip my roti and my favourite pakistani food thenmy sister tell me about dr Ulfat Naz and join her online from last one year and my weight loss journey is very successful and easy for me with homemade easy food diet plan its very convenient for me to my busy schedule i loss 15 kg in 8 months i m very happy snd very thankful to you dr Ulfat thank u so much for ur guidance snd motivation

DR.Ulfat Naz is a brilliant doctor. After adopting her given prescription Alhamdulillah I lost 8kgs in one month otherwise my all diet and exercise was in vain and a great hectic for me, but she prescribes only home made healthy diet that is easy to follow and better than other things.Insha Allah I will keep up with my diet. I will like to recommend ,anyone who wants to lose weight or maintain a healthy diet in case of any disease in an easy way should come to her.
