Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, Bahawalpur

Aoa sir , my mother was diagnosed with dvt and pulmonary embolism , tha physician here recommend investigations to rule out the cause ,3weeks badck her ca125 level was 124 micrograms ,but her usg pelvis and ct pelvis are clear ,now on repetition of test ca125 level is 221 , is this still insignificant??

For her high ca125. you need to consult a gynaecologist for expert opinion since thats not my expertise.
she had DVT and PE. it looks like an isolated event nothing to do with her raised ca125.. tha needs treatment accordingly.

Need to see this pt, and this pt needs CT chest abdomen and pelvis, if negative will need further investigations, u can't ignore raised ca125 level
