Talk to Urologist on Very Small Penis

I am facing the problem of erection and i have no feelings at all with my partner.. but i have normal morning erection. I masturbate for 15 years and the real issue is i have very small penis of size less than 3.5 inches and girth less than 3 inches... Due to this abnormality i have some stress in my mind while in bed with partner.. I have my testosterone level of 800 ng and also geels full of libido but with partner no errection.. Please guide me i am very much upset.. Alhamdulillah i have not any other psychy issues. I smoke since 10 years .
