I done two ultrasound scrotum one in shifa pakistan and second in london both reports attached pls do check. in pakistan ultrasound report I been diagnosed mild varicocele 1 year ago no hydrocele and been advised surgery. but 6 months later in London in ultrasound report no varicocele only mild hydrocele no surgery advised. which report i should consider and what should I do next I am having fertility problems low sperm count. if possible dr faisal nawaz urologist can answer as he base in uk

Even if we look at your report from Pakistan which shows mild varicocele; you don't need a surgery.
Similarly, mild hydrocele don't require any surgery either unless some one wants to make quick and easy money.

because I have low sperm count plus poor motility and morphology I can share my seman analysis may be you can help me
