Talk to Urologist on Urology Issue

Assalamu alaykum. Whenever i do urine,despite trying to completely empty my bladder still when i stand for prayer,i feel like one drop of water or urine is trying to come out from penis.I control it but when i bow in rukoo or do sajda prostrate i feel like drop came out. I must mention here that im a by birth irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea predominant.When i have issues of IBS D getting worsened like i have feeling of incomplete evacuation after stool passing and i have to go to toilet repeatedly then simultaneously the issue of urine repeatedly coming or one drop coming out like bladder wasnt empty also gets worsened.....however im completely fit and healthy otherwise Alhamdu lillaah
