Asking for Other, Male, 85 years old, Karachi

My father in law suffered a stroke in Feb 2020. He is bed ridden since then. The problem is UTI infection subsides when given anti biotics but it appears again in 2 weeks or so. Attached are his reports. I wanted to ask what can be done to prevent UTIs. We are using condom and Folis catheters in combination. He has already developed bedsores, so we have to think twice for diapers. What can be done to reduce UTI infection?
