Asking for Brother, Male, 29 years old, ABBOTTBAD
Dear Sir, My Brother is 29 years old. Shockingly he came to know about the issue that he has UNDESCENDED TESTICLES when he got married last year. As per the attached reports it seems that he is infertile. I would be really grateful if anyone can let me know that is there any possiblity for him to become fertile ? Moreover, I would like to know can this problem lead to erectile dysfunction ? Please recommend some treatment/doctor...
Aoa primary testicular failure with undescended tests need further evaluation and management. With management you may not be fertile thanks
FSH is high need examination also
Though infertility and Erectile dysfunction are both important issues, but there are addition serious issues linked to Undescended Testes. You must see qualified Urologist specifically those have Laparoscopic skills as well. I do my clinic in The Kidney Center On Monday and Wednesday 10-4:00.

Is their any option for TESTICLE TRANSPLANT just like anyother organ ?
Does any such option exit in medical field ?
Just to be clear I am not talking about prosthesis testis.

This is same issue with my husband, we have gone through surgery, bt there is no chance of fertility bt it can improve erection and he has no issue related to erectile dysfunction. Surgery is necessary becoz undescended testicles can lead to testicles cancer, so its better for him to have surgery. And after surgery go for biopsy report which explains his spermetogenesis if founded.

Thank you I don't think he will be able to produce offspring. His FSH is more than 3 times normal which signifies Primary testicular failure. It is not associated with erectile dysfunction. He should be shown to a urologist for surgery which should lower the chances of malignancy.
Testicular transplantation absolutely not possible / no chance at all.
Fertility chances are very less.
Chances of testicular tumor is high in future.
No chance of erectile dysfunction at all.
Thanks for the opinion, we should do his MRI for proper location and if possible we should do orchidopexy and later on MICROTESE if we can find and sperm we will freez it.
