Talk to Urologist on Sperm Motility

Husband and my bro in law (husbands brother) have low sperm mortility rate and count im talking between 1 to 3 million I beleive that this is because his parents are first cousins and there is some kind of genetic problem in the male side of his family His 2 uncles did not have children either I have recently conducted a sperm fragmentation test which actually reveal that his problems were due his work Husband is a refrigeration and ac engineer and uses refridgerent gases However my bro in law does not he owns a shop Therefore i believe that is not the case Ive been married for over 7 years My bro in law married just under 2 years Money is no issue I am highly educated therefore im not looking into iui treatments but straightforward ivf I and my husband r from the uk My bro in law is in pakistan Is there any good hospitals or consultant avaible to advise if we are able to concieve or if there is some hope or chances
