Talk to Urologist on Sperm Mortality

Please clear me here, there are are a lot of myths that you can get pregnanct if ,the sperm is near /around your vagina , But can you also get pregnant if the sperm is somewhere around the belly and you r washing woth water? Bcz if water comes down while washing ? While washing the sperm I also Inserted my finger to clean if incase the sperm is near the vagina whole ..

Is it possible to conceive with the sperm mixed with water , the way I explained above?
