Talk to Urologist on Semen Analysis - Trying To Conceive

This is my Husband's Semen Analysis report. Any Doctor who can comment on this. Are there chances of natural pregnancy with this ? Can it be improved ? We recently got married, it's been one month of our marriage. Also this is his first report , he takes ' Chars ' too and our sexual activity frequency in last month was very much that is 4-5 times a week. Also he used Lubricant (soap and saliva) while giving the semen sample.
Pls guide. Can normal pregnancy be achieved ?
