Talk to Urologist on Scrotum Cyst

Doctors kindly advice that I have around 15-20 cyst on scrotum ranging from small to large which are grown over past 10-15 years. I want to get these removed and I believe surgery is the only solution. Need suggestions that is there any complication involved in surgery for the removal or its a normal procedure, second is there any chance that these cyst will be grown once again even after surgery? Thanks
