Talk to Urologist on Progassive Motality Is Low

Aslamo alikum dear doctor I got married 9 month ago and want to have baby but after 9 month nothing happen then I went to semen analysis and I did 4 times. First report was bad and one of the doctor give me medinces for 15 days and 2 second there was a lot of improment then he give me medinces for 3 month and during that time I went twice and everything improved except progassive motality went down from 26 to 21(rapid was only 2) then I talk to Dr he said keep that medinces but I M worried about my progassive motality. I am gonna attach my 4 reports please suggest me what to do and how long it wil take
