Talk to Urologist on Precum Leak

Hi doctor! My problem is whenever i wake up from sleep i find myself in a situation where I'm having a precum leak.
Even after 4 5 hours there's still some precum leaking. I have to check that if it has stopped or not by passing the urine.
This situation prevents me from offering my namaz because i cant offer namaz not even Fajar. I'm depressed about it its been like this for more than 1.5 year
What is this situation and how can i get it cured? Please I'm so depressed i cant offer namaz in this condition.
