Talk to Urologist on Penis Curve And Only Getting Hard From Hand

Im 17 years old im obese 96kg my height is 5'9. I used to do exessive masturbation from 2016-2020 alhamdullilah i have reduced very much and almost eliminated it. But from past 2 weeks i dont get aroused looking at stimulus i only get hard fron my hand i can ejaculate normally but my penis is curved to the left quite much this all happend in 2 weeks. Im very scared about this can anyone guide me pls. I would be grateful for lifetime.
