I have had Penile Fracture on 10th of June. within 24 Hours I went through Operation and got is Operated. The wounds on Penis have healed so far but I still feel moderate pain during Erection inside the Organ I think it is the Operated or stiched point which pains. Kindly guide me whether it is normal or not and how much Time would the operation take to heal and what could speed up healing, as it is almost 35 Days since I got Operated.

Dear pain occurs after penile fracture repair due to collagen deposit and tissue remodelling. After fracture repair, aviod intercourse for 3 months. Get a doppler usg done to see any edema or leakage at site of repair after another 14 days. You should also take anti androgens to prevent tumulsence or erectiom as it can cause failure of repair site and dehiscence of suture line.
