Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Karachi
Feeling intense pain while passing urine sometimes. Took cranmax sachet but pain didn't go away completely.
2 months postpartum. No history of UTI or any other disease. Attached urine DR report. Kindly interpret the report suggest what should be done.

Burning Micturition or "jalan wala urine" is a sign that urine ph has changed due to infection,dehydration,diet,strenous activity,excessive meat consumption or holding of urine for long period of time. For all these we have to start with a detailed history including and excluding all risk factors i have mentioned above. After history, if needed ,few tests would be advised for clear diagnosis. You can take genurin forte tablets for 3 days, thrice daily. Urine culture will help rule out infections. Take plenty of fluids, this is a common complaint women have specially with normal reports even. Symptomatic relief advised.
