An obstructing calculus identified in right distal ureter. It measures 7*6.3*5.5 mm in AP craniocaudal and transverse dimensions. It is resulting in moderate promixal hydroureter and hydronephrasis and periureteric and fat stranding. No definite right renal calculus noted. This is my uncle's report and he is worried about this. He is having severe pain and constant vomitting. Any help related to this would be helpful.

It looks like that the stone is causing blockage of the ureter that's why he is having severe pain and vomiting.
Best advice in this situation is to visit the nearest emergency department. If there are signs of infection, or kidney function is getting affected (serum creatinine) or his symptoms do not resolve after receiving adequate pain medications; he would require an emergency operation to unblock the ureter.
If thevpt is having severe vomiting and pain should consult ER and if pain still not settled then needs intervention
u need to visit near Urologist and if pain is severe than show in emergency
URS PLUS LITHOCLAST is the solution
