Talk to Urologist on Motility Of Sperms And Pus Cells Issue

I have carried out semen analysis test in Nov 20 (report is attached), dr. recommended tab. Cecon and evion twice a day. After 1 month Dec 20, semen test and semen culture test is taken(reports are attached), dr. Changed medicine and recommended Proxeed Plus sachet twice a day for 3 months and Augmenton 1000mg for 10days.after 3 months dr. Given tab. Vibramycin and reduced Proxeed Plus sachet from 2 to 1 per day. Now after 6 months June21, again semen test taken(report attached). In all three reports, i seen sperm count is first decreased and tgen increased but motility is almost constant or reduced . Kindly give your opinion in this regard Thanks
