Talk to Urologist on Mild Bilateral Hydronephrosis On Both Side
Asking For Self, Male 32, Karachi
I am diagnosed with this problem bilateral hydronephrosis on. both side. I want to know that patient having such problem is normal for fasting because when ever i m on fasting i feel pain on my pelvis area but whenever i drink water regularly its fine. So please let me know is their any thing serious . should i continue fasting or what else please help me out. Report attached

I hope so far you have done your CT KUB. Hydronephrosis one side is also urgent condition. Bilateral Hydronephrosis should be immediately investigated with CT KUB. Must send report on shoaibmithani@yahoo.com
