Talk to Urologist on Low Platelets

My father is 76 years old, his CBC test was performed in routime His platelets count is 124, he is absolutely fine MashaAllah, No symptoms. all other test are fine, what is probable reason of low platelets. He has been vaccinated Synophorm covid vaccine approx 3 weeks ago Please look into attached report especially comments given at the end of report. I am so much worried and anxious, please advise is it fine?
