Talk to Urologist on Low Erection, Low Wetting Dreams, Low Sex Desire, Numbness In Penis, Low Libido, Low Sexual Satisfaction

I have done all test t3, t4, TSH, FSH, LH, testosterone, prolactin, MRI brain contrast with pituitary protocol, growth harmone, ultrasound abdominal and pelvis for status of adrenal gland (no mass on adrenal gland), serum cortisol, doctor examine my testicles look normal no found varicocele, no hydrocele, no hernia, testicles normal. testicles size change according to time in a day. all things are normal except mildly raised prolactin and serum cortisol. I have problem low erection just at time of Early morning feel erection, low libido, low sex desire, low wetting dreams, low sexual satisfaction, numbness in penis and scrotum when sitting on bike or chair, I feel sometimes burning in scrotum, penis not healthy. sometimes feel sensation in penis. I'm confused how to get rid these problems. thanking you in anticipation.
