What can be the reason behind all this, as I am tired of getting treatment for many months continuously?

Is this condition treatable with medicine?

I do not want to go for ICSI, IVI OR IUI ? We want to conceive naturally.

Brother have you tried to chsnge your diet? Do you exercise? Since you have spent do much on medicines why not leave all medicines and adopt a healthy lifestyle for a couple of months? Exercise daily for 40 mins. Drink milk with pure honey, eat dry fruits (Almonds, figs, walnut) daily. Avoil oily things. Rely more on vegetables and fruits. Cut down sweet and sugar. You will definitely see improvement insha Allah. Too many rapidly changing medicines do upset natural body functioning sometimes. Just relax and invest your money, focus on natural dietry routine changes.
