Fluid Leaked Out

Question

Hello Doc! myself male 27, i have to 2 questions, i got married couple of months ago and we are trying to concieve, but everytime we meet discharge leaks out, is it normal ot do i have to stay in the postion to confirm the liquid to travel in. 
2nd question is when do we need to consult a doctor for baby/ how long do i have to wait for natural phenomenon to take place?
