You please come to my clinic at F 8 along with all of your previous records!regards
The next logical step should be testicular biopsy
IT IS STEP WISE WORK UP. 1. HORMONAL ASSAY (FSH/LH RATIO) , IF LOW THEN IT IS PRE TESTICULAR , IF NORMAL THEN GO FOR TESTICULAR BIOPSY , IF HIGH THEN IT IS DUE TO TESTICULAR FAILURE
ADDITIONALLY DETAILED EXAMINATION & USG OF TESTES BY A GOOD RADIOLOGIST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR DECISION MAKING. ( SEND RESULTS ON WHATSAPP 0 3 2 1 9 3 9 9 9 3 8 ) I WILL SEND U ALGORITHM

Undescended may lead to infertility. Corrective surgery does not guarantee a return of testicular function or say fertility.
However, the most important reason for this surgery by bringing down the testes to the scrotal sac is early detection of a possible cancer, which can often develop in these testes and enabling the person to self examine for early detection of any lump and bump.
Longer the testes stay in the abdomen or out of scrotum, greater the chances are that they may not function as they should do.
I am sorry to say but medications or surgeries won't improve your Azoospermia. However, in order to confirm it you need to have a testicular biopsy.
